Missouri State University

At Ozarks Technical Community College, the institution’s mission is central to its operations. Dedicated to providing affordable and accessible educational opportunities, OTC aims to transform lives and strengthen communities. As Missouri’s third-largest community college, it offers over 40 diverse degree programs. Whether students seek to earn a transfer degree or embark directly on a career, OTC has tailored plans to meet their needs. Each year, hundreds of OTC graduates enter the workforce as nurses, welders, dental hygienists, and automotive technicians, while many others transfer to four-year universities to advance their education.
College of the Ozarks, a private Christian college located in Point Lookout, Missouri, enrolls 1,426 students and offers over 30 academic majors in Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science programs. The college does not charge tuition for full-time students, thanks to its student work program and generous donations. Through this program, students are required to work 15 hours per week at an on-campus job and complete two 40-hour work weeks during academic breaks. Additionally, a summer work program is available for some students to help cover room and board expenses.
Welcome to Cox College, a private institution with nearly 1,000 students located near the heart of Springfield, Missouri. The college offers a variety of degree programs, including Associate, Bachelor’s, and Master’s degrees in Nursing, a Master’s in Nutrition Diagnostics, a Master’s in Occupational Therapy, a Bachelor’s in Diagnostic Imaging, as well as Associate degrees in Radiography and Medical Assisting. Students at Cox College enjoy small class sizes that allow for close interaction with faculty, diverse practical experiences through CoxHealth, and numerous opportunities for student leadership.
